What You’ll Do

• Maintain guest suites and public areas to Residence Inn/Courtyard and Marriott brand standards, ensuring comfort, safety, and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues efficiently, minimizing guest impact and downtime.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to support the extended‑stay environment our guests rely on.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, always striving to "Make It Right."
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and teammates to support smooth daily operations.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to meet operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential facility, or similar environment (required).
• Availability to work various shifts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑paced setting.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Experience with wall covering and wallpaper repair or installation preferred.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, guest‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladders and stairs, and perform physical tasks.
