The Briad Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Hamilton, NJ to lead hotel maintenance, keeping guest rooms and public areas fully operable and safe for guests and staff. You will diagnose issues, coordinate repairs, and supervise preventive upkeep across the property.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on hotel or property maintenance experience, the ability to work varied shifts, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the physical stamina to perform

Qualifications

• Experience as a hotel maintenance technician is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and areas operable for guest safety and comfort.
• Diagnose and repair issues efficiently and effectively.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities and grounds.
