Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
• Familiar with pool and spa maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and work orders are completed properly and promptly.
• Complete assigned maintenance make-ready tasks.
• Turn vacant apartments and maintain pools, spas, and grounds.
• Respond to after-hours calls and emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
