Job summary

Anderson Custom Processing Inc (ACPI) is seeking a Maintenance professional to keep our facilities and equipment running smoothly, performing inspections, preventive tasks, and timely repairs to minimize downtime. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule work and uphold safety standards.

This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, the ability to read manuals and schematics, and a commitment to quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance: mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Physical ability for manual labor and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and part replacements to prevent equipment failures.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and execute timely repairs to restore functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members and management to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and operational impact.
