Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is accountable for repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment in accordance with established safety, predictive, and productive maintenance procedures to support the site’s business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment, building interior and exterior.
- Maintain the computerized preventative maintenance system.
- Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of all safety policies and standards related to the position.
- Work in a safe manner, recognize unsafe situations, and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of self and others in the building.
- Assist with plant activities as required.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred); 0-2 years of relevant experience (required).
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to climb, stoop, or kneel at heights up to 100 feet.
- Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
- Working conditions may include dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces.
