Anderson Custom Processing Inc (ACPI) is seeking a Maintenance professional to keep our facilities and equipment running smoothly, performing inspections, preventive tasks, and timely repairs to minimize downtime. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and part replacements to prevent equipment failures.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and execute timely repairs to restore functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance procedures.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and operational impact.

About the Role:

The Maintenance role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities and equipment within an organization. The primary objective is to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escal, thereby supporting operational continuity and safety. The Maintenance professional collaborates closely with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond promptly to urgent repair needs. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to maintaining a safe, functional, and productive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance work, including mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures related to maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
