Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Thorncroft Farms Apartments in Hillsboro, OR. The selected candidate will handle maintenance across grounds, offices, and common areas, perform appliance repairs, painting, and unit turnovers while delivering strong customer service.

Ideal applicants have multi-trade capability (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), reliability, and willingness to work on-call shifts. On-site role with benefits and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas and completing maintenance service requests.
• Appliance repairs and painting as needed.
• Apartment turnovers and preparing units for new residents.
• Taking emergency calls and addressing maintenance issues as they arise.
