Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our people-first real estate team. You will help preserve the property’s physical attributes, support management in upholding standards, and ensure safety across the community.

You will maintain the shop, equipment, and inventory while delivering excellent customer service to residents and teammates. A hands-on multi-trade capability and strong English communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• Knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing and speaking English.
• Ability to use computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide support to management in upholding community standards and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced across the property and team.
• Maintain shop, company equipment, inventory control and security.
• Enhance curb appeal and ensure the property looks its best.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
