Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and resident services. You will handle maintenance tasks across appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general building upkeep, while ensuring safety and quality standards across our properties.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of community maintenance experience, strong English communication, and basic computer skills to document work orders and inventory.

Qualifications

• At least one year prior experience in the maintenance needs of a community
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language
• Able to use computers and related applications

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes
• Provide complete support to management in upholding community standards, policies and procedures
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control and security
• Be an inspector to maintain curb appeal and property appearance
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates
