Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to serve as a reliable right-hand to the management team. The role focuses on property upkeep, safety compliance, and high-quality service to residents and staff.

You will help preserve physical attributes, uphold standards, and ensure the property presents its best curb appeal daily. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of maintenance experience, familiarity with appliances and systems, and strong English

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to use computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide complete support to management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control and ensuring key security.
• Be an inspector! Curb appeal is imperative, make sure the property looks its best.
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your teammates.
