The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, multi-trade skills, and strong English communication. A hands-on, jack-of-all-trades mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• Experience with appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Able to use computers and related applications.
• You are a jack-of-all-trades with hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide support to management in upholding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced.
• Maintain shop, company equipment, and inventory control.
• Enhance curb appeal and property appearance.
• Provide excellent service to residents and teammates.
