- Proficient in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, or carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
- Maintain and repair basic building systems as needed.
- Show initiative and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism in appearance and interactions.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car.
- EPA certification and CPO preferred; experience with heat pumps beneficial.
