Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time Junior Maintenance Technician to support our Las Vegas, NV property operations. The role focuses on basic custodial and maintenance tasks to keep the apartment community clean, safe, and well-maintained, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities include performing installations and repairs, handling plumbing and electrical issues as PLUS, documenting repairs, and alerting management to malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed.
• Background/Physical required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle installations and repairs.
• Plumbing, and electrical issues are a PLUS but not required.
• Manage repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork a PLUS but not required.
• Document findings in terms of needed repairs and performed duties.
• Handle some maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes.
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building.
