Anza Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for an apartment in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on basic maintenance, preventative upkeep, and ensuring the value and quality of the property for residents.

The technician will handle plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs, document work performed, and respond to emergencies. A background/physical/drug screen and legal work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• Plumbing and electrical installations/repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests for plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs
• Repair walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• Paint interiors and address safety issues
• Document repairs and duties performed
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems
• Alert authorities to malfunctions
• Respond promptly to emergencies
