Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time Junior Maintenance Technician to support our Las Vegas, NV property operations. The role focuses on basic custodial and maintenance tasks to keep the apartment community clean, safe, and well-maintained, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities include performing installations and repairs, handling plumbing and electrical issues as PLUS, documenting repairs, and alerting management to malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed.
• Background/Physical required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Driver's License is required.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $17.00 Hourly

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Junior Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary:

The junior maintenance technician performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community, keeping the property in a clean and orderly condition. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Junior Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Driver's License is required
