Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for an apartment property in Los Angeles, CA. The role covers comprehensive maintenance tasks to preserve property quality and resident satisfaction, with a focus on plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting.
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork.
• Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues.
• Document repairs and performed duties.
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes.
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building.
• Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner.
