Maryland Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support our Maryland communities. You will complete resident work orders, perform apartment turnovers, and provide emergency on‑call maintenance after hours.

Qualified candidates will have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills; HVAC EPA 608 certification preferred; reliable transportation and your own tools. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Reliable transportation and ownership of tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities
