Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install and repair machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructure at our facility. You will perform inspections, calibrations, and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, compliant operation of all assets.

The role requires basic tool proficiency, adaptability, and teamwork to support daily operations. Working on site in varied storage environments, the technician will lift up to 50 lbs and operate welding equipment as needed, with

Qualifications

• 1 year experience or combination of experience and trade school in maintenance areas.
• Capable of completing preventative maintenance with instructions and minimal supervision.
• Fully proficient with, and capable of operating power and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the facility
• Possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with organizational skills
• Able to work in temperatures from -20 F to 100 F in various storage sites
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends
• Comfort with varying noise levels and working at height

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inspection and calibration, preventative maintenance, and repairs on all mechanical and electrical assets.
• Inspect and repair refrigeration systems
• Maintain preventative maintenance on material handling equipment per guidelines
• Maintain reporting of inspections and communicate information to leadership daily
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Operate power tools and welding equipment as needed
• Utilize equipment lifts and rental gear for inspections and maintenance
