Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person at a franchisee-owned restaurant. You will help keep the interior and exterior clean, maintain equipment, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtration, groundskeeping, and handling basic upkeep tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming dining environment. Candidates should be prepared to perform additional maintenance activities, unload deliveries, replace light bulbs, and support the team with upkeep and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Performs daily fryer oil filtration and routine upkeep.
• Cleans HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris as needed.
• Assists with general maintenance tasks to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
