Qualifications

• Maintenance responsibilities to keep interior and exterior areas clean.
• Assist management in maintaining equipment and restaurant standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and use PPE when required.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
• Sweeping, Mopping and Detailed Cleaning.
