McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep. You’ll work as part of the Maintenance Team, following guidelines to keep the interior and exterior in top condition and ensure a safe, welcoming dining area.

Your duties include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning of equipment and facilities, waste removal, HVAC cleaning, and thorough sanitization to support health standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance-related aptitude and ability to clean and maintain restaurant equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
• Sweep, mop and detailed cleaning.
