Qualifications

• Maintenance role focused on cleanliness and keeping restaurant equipment in good working order.
• Experience with filtering fryers and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units is a plus.
• Ability to unload deliveries and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
