Job summary

NRP Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our LIHTC community—2900 Broadmoor—to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks, ensuring curb appeal and quality apartment homes.

Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will field service requests, schedule tasks, coordinate with vendors, and assist in safety meetings; weekend/on‑call work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred; within 90 days of hire.
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Technical Skills: Computer proficiency preferred.
• Other Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Carry out maintenance aspects of the community in the Supervisor's absence; schedule staff and vendors; order supplies.
