Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep common areas clean inside and outside properties.

You will perform custodial tasks, grounds work, basic landscaping, make-ready preparation, pool care, and respond to on-call emergencies, with safety and record-keeping emphasized.

This on-site role requires physical work, a valid driver's license preferred, and offers weekly pay, healthcare benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance-related experience preferred.
• General knowledge in skilled trades including construction/installation, repair and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas.
• Complete grounds work including trash removal, power washing, and debris cleanup.
• Clean breezeways, trim and maintain landscaping, and assist in make-ready unit prep.
