Job summary

Oxford Collection of Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair a busy hotel property. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot systems, refurbish rooms, and support safety and cleanliness standards across guest areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical repairs preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
• Refurbish and repair furniture, fixtures, and building components.
• Troubleshoot hotel systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting.
• Maintain grounds and exterior upkeep; assist with safety and sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner and coordinate with departments.
