Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical and other guest room repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and hotel equipment.
• Repair and maintain exterior and interior property components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other hotel systems.
