Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing vacant units for market readiness under supervision.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure follow-ups until resolved.
• Support preventative maintenance tasks: changing bulbs/filters, painting, drywall patching, lock repairs; pool maintenance if applicable.
• Help with snow removal during inclement weather and maintain logs for payroll.
• Perform on-call emergency services as required with rotation.
