Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Palm Harbor community. You will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, respond to repair requests, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep facilities safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess 1-3 years of maintenance experience. HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in some communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance of the community.
• Respond to resident and staff repair requests.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and maintain a safe work environment.
