Rochester’s Cornerstone Group, Ltd. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep properties clean, safe, and well maintained. You’ll handle daily upkeep, repairs, and resident-ready units with pride.

The role requires at least 3 years in maintenance/building systems, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a NYS driver's license. On-call shifts and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance and building systems experience.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Personal cell phone use required (reimbursement provided).
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver’s license; on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep per Cornerstone and NSPIRE standards.
• Perform snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Assist with maintenance requests and repairs, independently or with the team.
• Communicate maintenance activities and vacancy updates in writing and verbally.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and maintain curb appeal.
• Maintain professional, respectful attitude with staff and residents.
• Other duties as assigned and promote company culture.
