Maintenance Technician - Grove City, OH

Burlington Capital Properties is currently reviewing applications for Maintenance Technicians in Grove City, Ohio. We pride ourselves on providing a quality living experience to our residents and are seeking individuals with skills in maintenance, repairs, and customer service.

This full-time maintenance position requires availability Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation in the evenings and on weekends (schedule to be discussed during interviews).

Essential Job Functions

• Perform maintenance and repair work as directed.
• Conduct standard apartment maintenance such as painting, carpet cleaning, and appliance repair.
• Troubleshoot and assist in maintenance related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and carpentry.
• Assist with other duties as requested by management.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Participate in resident events and promotions as required.
• Follow all safety and liability guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• HVAC certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directives with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive interaction with residents, staff, vendors, and the public.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
