Position: Inside Service Technician

As an Inside Service Technician, you will work at a Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center location and be responsible for properly and safely performing tire and related services for all commercial tire users in the trucking industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Service Commercial Tires including dismounting and mounting any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Remove tires for retreading or repair as needed.
• Complete service tickets accurately for management.
• Clean and maintain service equipment.
• Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet service goals.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Wear proper PPE, use tire cages, and follow all safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements:

• No relocation offered for this position.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of relevant experience in Commercial Service Tires or similar.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment as part of a team.
• Self-starter, willing to take initiative, and attend training.
