Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and valid insurance.
• Six months experience in maintenance or related industry.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, work orders, and company policies.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and preventive maintenance related to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, grounds and HVAC for indoor and outdoor buildings and structures.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Maintain the grounds including mowing, weeding, planting, and landscaping tasks.
• Pool and spa maintenance.
• Set up and tear down for banquet rooms and outdoor venues as needed.
• Respond quickly to guest maintenance concerns and assist housekeeping as required.
