Job summary

POST OAK Lodge of Oklahoma LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance and Groundskeeper to perform preventive maintenance across buildings, landscaping, and outdoor areas. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC tasks, and basic repairs, with readiness to work with a variety of tools and equipment.

You will maintain gardens and paths, handle snow/weather-related duties, assist with events, and ensure guest areas are safe and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance, landscape, or related field preferred (6 months).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and preventative maintenance for plumbing, carpentry, electrical, grounds and HVAC.
• Interior and exterior painting and minor construction tasks.
• Maintain grounds, plantings, and outdoor paths; operate outdoor equipment.
• Assist with security alarms and fire systems maintenance; respond to guest concerns.
• Support event setup/teardown and ensure safe guest areas, cleanliness, and safety.
