Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Eastview community in Gillette, Wyoming. The role involves general grounds and home maintenance, and basic repairs on community-owned homes, for 40 hours per week.

You will perform routine maintenance, handle work orders, and ensure safe, clean, and well-kept community spaces while coordinating with the Community Manager. On-site duties and on-call availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with a good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep homes and community areas in good condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Interact with residents professionally and courteously.
• Maintain grounds: mowing, trimming, weed control, and seasonal landscaping.
• Perform seasonal pre-maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Refurbish Community Owned homes and repair water/sewer lines.
