Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Boulder, CO to support the Maintenance Manager with preventative and routine maintenance across community associations. The role emphasizes timely work order completion, grounds upkeep, and safety observations.

Candidates should have 2+ years of maintenance experience and be proficient with basics like carpentry, painting, plumbing, and related tasks. Strong safety awareness and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual is a plus.
• Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance.
• Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system.
• General maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work throughout the Community Associations.
• Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures.
• Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues.
• Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Locks, Plumbing, and Painting
• Plus other work‑related tasks
