Maintenance Technician | Full Time | Radisson Hotel | Cedar Rapids IA.

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at Radisson Hotel in Cedar Rapids, IA, managed by OCI Hospitality.

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Radisson Hotel offers 220 rooms, a fitness center, business and meeting facilities, an outdoor pool, and an on-site restaurant. We seek a skilled individual to maintain and repair our mechanical, electrical, and general hotel systems, grounds, and amenities.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance and routine repairs.
• Maintaining the hotel's pool and outdoor areas.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Assisting other engineering staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of maintenance trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 100 lbs and working in various conditions.
