• Handle biohazardous waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the laundry room and store chemicals according to instructions.
• Follow standards for chemical handling and usage.
• Demonstrate excellent mechanical skills.
• Work effectively within the work-order system.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
