Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Meridian Pointe Apartments, Tampa, FL 33610, a 360-unit multi-family residential community.

About Us: We strive to provide high-quality apartment communities, prioritize exceptional customer service, and create secure, welcoming environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
2. Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
3. Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
4. Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act.
5. Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
6. Complete logs, reports, and training in a timely manner.
7. Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service.
8. Seek educational opportunities for growth.
9. Assist in preventative maintenance planning.
10. Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness.
11. Perform on-call duties and overtime as needed.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED; industry courses preferred.
2. Minimum two years of maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
3. Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
4. Own basic tools as allowed by law.
5. Knowledge of relevant laws including Fair Housing.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Skills & Certifications:

1. EPA Section 608 license preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License.
3. Proficiency in English.
