Qualifications include 1–2 years’ maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and possession of basic tools; EPA certification or pool license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• EPA Certification and Pool License preferred.
• Own basic tools to perform maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical aspects meet the company’s established standards.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
