Job summary

Augusta Country Club is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide professional service and support for both short-term and long-term goals. This is a permanent full-time position with weekend and holiday work as needed. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities include extensive carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC repair, basic electrical work, and general upkeep of facilities, roofing, and painting, with collaboration under the Building Superintendent as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, including maneuvering on ladders and stairs.

Augusta Country Club is hiring a Maintenance Technician who will deliver professional service and solutions in support of both short-term and long-term business goals of the company. This is a permanent fulltime position which will require weekend and holiday work as necessary. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.

When requested, will work closely with and/or under the direction of the Building Superintendant and to complete or assist with facilities maintenance projects which may include:

• Extensive carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC repair methods and standards
• Basic electrical skills-Troubleshooting and repair
• Mastery of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work
• Roofing
• Painting and preparation
