Job summary
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a Full-Time Evening shift (10:30am - 7:00pm) and Part-Time Night shift Maintenance Technician for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred.
- Experience painting, drywall repair, along with light electrical and plumbing is required.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is preferred.
