Job summary

Wichita Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for the Community, grounds and equipment while prioritizing residents' comfort and safety. You will contribute to a supportive, not-for-profit, faith-based environment.

Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with a premium pay plan and additional pay based on experience. High school diploma preferred; maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience valued. PMMA benefits include health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in plant maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to follow policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Community, grounds and equipment per guidelines.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Support residents and families by maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the Community, grounds and equipment in accordance with current federal, state and local guidelines and regulations, Community policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the residents' home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

Starting at $15.50 an hour with our PREMIUM PAY PLAN!

Additional Pay based upon experience!

Education, Experience And/Or Training

• High School diploma or equivalent desired.
• Experience in plant maintenance, electrical, and plumbing systems, HVAC and equipment repair
