Job summary

PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the Aberdeen Ridge Community, grounds and equipment in top condition. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks, respond to maintenance requests, and help create a comfortable home-like environment for residents.

Starting at $15.50/hour with shift/Weekend differentials, additional pay based on experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colorado Springs, CO, within a faith-based,

Qualifications

• Experience in plant maintenance, electrical, and plumbing systems, HVAC and equipment repair.
• Experience with basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Community, grounds and equipment following current guidelines and policies.
• Support residents by ensuring a safe, well-maintained living environment.

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the Community, grounds and equipment in accordance with current federal, state and local guidelines and regulations, Community policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the residents' home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

Starting at $15.50 an hour PLUS Shift and Weekend Differential!

Additional Pay based upon experience!

Education, Experience And/Or Training

• High School diploma or equivalent desired.
• Experience in plant maintenance, electrical, and plumbing systems, HVAC and equipment repair
