Job summary

Lineage is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service forklifts and material handling equipment in a warehouse setting. You will also support building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations, including basic refrigeration repairs with training provided.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of maintenance experience, familiarity with mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and good communication to coordinate with the team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience or equivalent trade schooling.
• Experience maintaining forklifts/MHE and commercial/industrial buildings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; basic welding skills a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication, team player, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on forklifts and MHE.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on warehouse equipment.
• Conduct routine building maintenance (doors, docks, lighting, plumbing).
• Inspect equipment and facility assets; document activities.
• Complete minor refrigeration repairs (training provided).
• Process work orders and document repairs accurately.
• Communicate status with maintenance team and leadership.
• Safely operate lifts and use tools including welding equipment.
