Job summary

Lineage is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team in a warehouse environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing forklifts, conveyors, and various industrial machinery, with opportunities to work on refrigeration and general facility systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in maintenance for manufacturing, warehousing, or food production settings, plus the ability to document work in our CMMS and operate routine diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with forklifts, conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on forklifts, conveyors, MHE, and other mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, belts, chains, bearings, and other machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
• Inspect refrigeration equipment and document basic maintenance (training provided).
• Assist with building maintenance including plumbing and electrical work.
• Document completed work and update activities in the CMMS system.
• Safely operate power tools, welders, and other maintenance equipment.
• Collaborate with team to improve equipment reliability.
