Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to care for the interior and exterior of the community, following established procedures and safety guidelines. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist with repairs to keep facilities in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and repair equipment and property as needed per work orders and supervisor directions (50%).
• Address daily work orders: replace light bulbs, repair furniture, plumbing, electrical tasks.
• Follow safety PPE policies; handle chemicals and cleaning solutions properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing/electrical issues; plan painting and landscaping duties.
