Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, full-time maintenance technician (handyman or handywoman) to join our family-owned property management company serving the greater Seattle area and South King County. This role involves working independently across a portfolio of single-family homes, multi-plexes, and small apartment buildings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in residential property maintenance
• Proficient with hand and small power tools, and own a truck or van that is licensed and insured
• Ability to repair and replace electrical and plumbing fixtures
• Comfortable working on roofs (shallow pitch) and in attics or crawl spaces
• Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, Google Suites, and mobile devices

Additional Requirements:

• Must live within 25 miles of the Seattle area, including Eastside or South King County
• Own a home office with a desktop or laptop computer
• Willing to perform administrative tasks such as time tracking and submitting work orders

Position Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Hourly rate: $30.00 - $35.00 DOE
