Base pay range

$21.75/daily - $23.50/daily

$21.75 - $23.00 per hour | $1,500 New Hire bonus | Great benefits! Discounted Employee Meals! Free Parking!

Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to become the newest member of our Maintenance Team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview, Seattle, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician will perform building facility maintenance. This role assists the Maintenance Team in maintaining the facility, including routine plumbing, painting, lighting, electrical, light carpentry, appliance repair and preventative maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Possess valid WA Driver’s License
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
