You will receive work orders, read and interpret simple instructions, and document completed work. The role requires strength to lift up to 100 pounds and basic math; one year of related maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least one year of maintenance experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic notes.
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Receives work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
Performs setup, breakdown, repair, and troubleshooting for electrical and electronic food processing equipment including packaging equipment, injectors, slicers, tumblers, metal detectors and related.
Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in machines and equipment.
Performs preventative maintenance as scheduled and documents completion.
Assists other maintenance workers as needed.
Performs other duties as needed.
