Job summary

The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills, with the ability to read schematics and work orders. Overtime or weekend hours may be required; training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years maintenance mechanic experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, food production, packaging, or industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to safely use diagnostic and testing equipment such as multimeters and tachometers.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and production equipment failures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability and efficiency.
• Respond to production requests for routine and emergency maintenance.
• Plan and manage multiple repair tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain equipment with approved procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
• Read work orders and maintenance docs; assist with installations and upgrades.
